A classy dance party straight out of Prohibition days with some of the hottest jazz and swing bands in the Bay Area! We have live jazz, a drop-in taster class in swing dancing, and of course, in true bootlegging fashion, we're BYOB (and encourage it!)
Admission: $16 online / $20 at the door (price may vary for special events)
Students and seniors can enter the promo code STUDENT or SENIOR to get $5 off; proof must be presented at the door.
After buying your ticket, your name will be at the front desk. No need to print your ticket out!
No refunds allowed, but tickets may be transferred to someone else.

BOOTLEGGERS ON BREAK!
The Bootleggers Ball will be on break from June 2020 to June 2021 while our venue, the Community Music Center (CMC), undergoes extensive renovations.
CMC has been our home for the last five years and there aren’t any other venues in San Francisco that are as perfectly suited to host the Bootleggers Ball. We will return to CMC once they have completed their year of construction, which is tentatively scheduled for July 2021.
During the break we encourage you to support live music at other Bay Area venues. We as organizers, musicians, and dancers are so grateful for your continued support over the years.

THE EVENT
We're a group of Bay Area friends who decided to work together to throw the dance party of our dreams. Since we dance lindy hop and other vintage dances from back in the day, we're mixing together the tastiest ingredients we can find: a beautiful ballroom, hot live jazz, classy people, and plentiful shenanigans.
